There is a Desktop shortcut on Windows PCs for opening the Datatel Colleague WebUI website, but the shortcut opens with the default browser. If the browser is set to something other than Internet Explorer as the default browser, then the Colleague site will not work since it requires Silverlight. Using Internet Explorer is the preferred method for accessing the Colleague Datatel WebUI website.
