Faculty and Staff are eligible to request a Colleague account

  1. Login to Pioneer Portal
  2. Click My Tools
  3. In the Faculty/Staff Tools section click Request Colleague Account
  4. Enter first and last name
  5. Click Submit. The request will be forwarded to the group that verifies and creates the accounts. Access the form directly by clicking this link: https://portal.twu.edu/CreateColleagueAcct.asp

NOTE: If an error occurs, please email HR at HRrecords@twu.edu to request a Colleague PERSON RECORD be created.

Once confirmation has been received from HR that a PERSON RECORD has been created, please repeat the steps above to request a Faculty and Staff Colleague account.

Once the Colleague account is created, request access to  "mnemonics" that grant the ability to lookup specific data within Colleague. See this article for more information: https://servicecenter.twu.edu/TDClient/Forums/Questions/Details?ID=108532
