Colleague-Using SLED to Create a Saved List of Known Colleague IDs

  1. Navigate to SLED (Saved List Edit) mnemonic to create a saved list of Colleague IDs.
  2. Enter a saved list name and click OK.
  3. If the saved list name is new, click Add.  If the saved list name already exists, the contents of the saved list will appear in the Savedlist Contents.
  4. Click on the magnifying glass at the end of the first line.
  5. Paste the Student IDs from the source document (SQL Report, Excel, Word, etc.) into the Savedlist Edit Contents window.
  6. Click Save.
  7. When returned to the main Savedlist Edit Contents screen, click Save again.
