- Navigate to SLED (Saved List Edit) mnemonic to create a saved list of Colleague IDs.
- Enter a saved list name and click OK.
- If the saved list name is new, click Add. If the saved list name already exists, the contents of the saved list will appear in the Savedlist Contents.
- Click on the magnifying glass at the end of the first line.
- Paste the Student IDs from the source document (SQL Report, Excel, Word, etc.) into the Savedlist Edit Contents window.
- Click Save.
- When returned to the main Savedlist Edit Contents screen, click Save again.
