Features

Google Meet can be used to make/receive video or voice calls. All TWU faculty, staff, and students have a google account. There is also a mobile app available which allows for text conversations to sync across devices. 

RingCentral can be used to send messages, make/receive video or voice calls for employees with a full licensed account. There is also a mobile app available which allows for text conversations to sync across devices. 

Zoom  is a solution for video conferencing, online meetings, and screen share.

Skype for Business offers text, voice and video that make it simple to share experiences. All TWU faculty and staff have a Skype for Business account and the software is now a part of  the standard software. There is also a mobile app available which allows for text conversations to sync across devices.

  • Students (Students only have access to participate in Skype for Business meetings through a link provided by a TWU faculty or staff member)
