RingCentral Conference Call

RingCentral Meetings allows you to set up an online video conference on a computer, mobile device with the RingCentral app, or using the RingCentral web version. 

RingCentral App - Desktop, Mobile, or Web

Using the desktop, mobile, or web app, have either an audio only or audio and video meeting (Video feature/ icon).  Video calls/ meetings can include up to 200 people.

RingCentral Desk phone

Using the Polycom VVX 250 or 450 desk phone, up to 3 people (including yourself)  can be added to a call for audio only or audio and video. 

  1. While on a call, press More 
  2. Press Conference 
  3. Dial another 10 digit number
  4. After the caller answers, press Conference button again

RingCentral Conference Call

When holding a meeting with a large group, RingCentral offers a Conference Call feature that is audio only for up to 1000 people. RingCentral conferencing is mainly an audio-only call with multiple participants via any phone.
