RingCentral Call Flip

Flipping a call, or call flip, is a feature in RingCentral app and RingCentral Phone. Call flip lets you transfer a live call to an assigned number with only a brief interruption to the call. While you flip a call, you will place that caller on hold until the flip has been completed.

In order for you to use call flip, you need to configure it in the Call Forwarding> Settings section of your RingCentral online account, including adding a list of numbers you can choose from to flip the call to. See How to Configure the Call Flip Settings to learn more.

See Difference Between Call Switch and Call Flip.
