RingCentral Call Handling

Users can configure where to receive incoming calls during or after active user hours in the RingCentral online account.  During user hours, calls can be forwarded to desktop & mobile app, desk phone, third-party numbers (non-TWU numbers), or another user's phone. After user hours, calls can be sent directly to the voicemail, disconnected after playing an announcement, or forwarded to another number.

If account user hours are set to 24 hours/7 days a week, user hours must be set to set up call forwarding for after hours.

See Recording custom greetings in the RingCentral online account, and Setting up your voicemail greeting.
