- Log into RingCenral Online Account Service.RingCentral.com
- Click Single Sign On, enter TWU email and password
- Click Settings
- Click Screening, Greeting & Hold Music
- Click After Hours
- A dialog box appears. Click Yes
- Check Custom Hours
- Set work hours for each day
- Click Save
For updates and changes to work hours set, submit a ticket to the TWU Technology Service Desk.
