Message, Contacts, Text, and Fax

Adding personal contacts allows collaboration with people outside TWU.

The RingCentral app features options to configure notification preferences and the sounds for a new message, call, or video meeting.

With RingCentral, your TWU phone number is a fax number. All faxes are digital and appear in the RingCentral app.

RingCentral desktop, mobile, or web app features a chat function called Message.

The RingCentral features include the option to send text messages to co-workers or any numbers outside TWU.
