Start by creating a Pioneer Portal account. This will create a TWU username and password. Spend some time exploring the tools and resources available in Pioneer Portal.  Shortly after a Pioneer Portal account is created, an email account will be created automatically.

Staff Dashboard

The Staff Dashboard contains a collection of quick links and resources available here at TWU. Bookmark it or make it a homepage!

Access Systems

  • TWU uses the Canvas learning managment system.
  • Use Oracle (Phoenix) to manage your timesheet. Create an account online.
  • Use SQL Reports for official data queries and reports. Contact the Service Desk for access.
  • The X drive is the TWU directory of shared folders. Employees may use this for personal web-based storage. A supervisor may add employees to X drive folders/directories through Portal
  • Google Drive is available to all faculty, staff, and students.

Gain Access as Appropriate

  • Colleague is our student information system. If access to Colleague is appropriate for job duties, access to  WebAdvisor may also be appropriate. Request an account. Then have your supervisor request mnemonics (screens) through the Service Desk.
  • You may need to access OnBase or GMedia—our tools for document imaging. Your supervisor will need to request access on your behalf through the Service Desk.
  • If you manage a webpage, you’ll need access to Terminal4, our content management system. For access, email the web team and cc your supervisor.

We do our best to link to only the best external sites but we cannot be held responsible for the quality or accuracy of such websites.
