Where to begin?
Start by creating a Pioneer Portal account. This will create a TWU username and password. Spend some time exploring the tools and resources available in Pioneer Portal. Shortly after a Pioneer Portal account is created, an email account will be created automatically.
Get Connected
Users can access email at work either by using Outlook or Google Mail.
Set up email on mobile device(s).

Questions
IT Solutions has a centralized Service Desk to answer technology questions and manage service requests. Anyone can get assistance by calling 940.898.3971, emailing servicedesk@twu.edu, or submitting a request through the Technology Service Catalog.
IT Solutions offers a Technology Onboarding Bridge training (click the link to self enroll). The Technology Onboarding Bridge training course provides an overview of many systems at TWU including Bridge, RingCentral, Oracle Cloud, Colleague, SQL Reports, X and Google Drives, webconferencing and collaboration tool options and much more.

Access Systems
Supervisors can request access to hardware and software tools needed for employees using the New Hire ticket form. These services include, but are not limited to:
- RingCentral
- Oracle Cloud
- Colleague Mnemonics
- OnBase
- Salesforce and or Target X
- Student Self Service and Webadvisor
- SQL Reports.
- Any employee who will manage a webpage will need access to Terminal4, our content management system. For access, email the web team and cc your supervisor.
