RingCentral Set User Hours

  1. Log into RingCenral Online Account Service.RingCentral.com
  2. Click Single Sign On, enter TWU email and password
  3. Click Settings
  4. Click Screening, Greeting & Hold Music 
  5. Click After Hours
  6. A dialog box appears. Click Yes
  7. Check Custom Hours
  8. Set work hours for each day
  9. Click Save

For updates and changes to work hours set, submit a ticket to the TWU Technology Service Desk.

Note: 

Business hours only apply to phone calls, not message, fax, or text.
