What to do if an email in TWU Gmail is missing

  1. If the email was recently sent, please allow up to 30 minutes for delivery.
  2. Check for the missing emails in Spam: log in to Gmail, click More from the list on the left, then click Spam. If there are any legitimate emails in Spam, click the Not Spam button in the email to prevent this from happening again.
  3. In the search bar of Gmail, search for the sender or subject of the missing email and add "in:anywhere" (without quotes) to search all folders in the mailbox.
  4. If the email(s) are still missing, contact the Technology Service Desk via 940-898-3971, servicedesk@twu.edulive chat, or submit a request online. Please include the sender's email address, the approximate date/time the email was sent, and the subject line (if known).

For additional support, contact the Technology Service Desk at 940-898-3971servicedesk@twu.edu, techchat.twu.edu, or submit a request through the Technology Service Catalog.
