Adjust GMail/Exchange Settings - Faculty and Staff

By default, all faculty and staff email is forwarded to a GMail account. Faculty and staff may choose to stop keeping copies of mail in Exchange (Outlook) to take advantage of GMail's unlimited storage.

  1. Log on to the Pioneer Portal.
  2. Click My Settings.
  3. Click Change My TWU GMail Settings.
  4. Review your Current TWU GMail Status.
  5. Click "No thanks, I'll just use TWU GMail."
  6. Click Submit.
