IT Solutions manages a few Webinar Zoom licenses for events that are academic and where attendance is expected to be over 100. Select the Schedule a Zoom Webinar button to get started.
For events/webinars that are non-academic contact TWU Conference Services.
Webinars can be recorded upon request on the form. The recording will be uploaded onto Panopto after processing, and a link to the recording will be shared with requestor.
Live Streaming
TWU Conferences Services can provide Livestream support for non-academic events or high profile events such as Board of Regents meetings and commencement ceremonies. For Livestream requests contact TWU Conference Services. Additionally, audio streaming is available on the Board of Regent’s web page in accordance to Texas Open Meetings Act.
