Set up Alumni Mail on a mobile device

  1. Sign in to alumni account at mail.alumni.twu.edu.
  2. Click the 'gear' icon in the upper right, then select 'Settings' Click 'Forwarding and POP/IMAP'
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the “Configuration instructions” link under the 'Configure your email client section'
  4. Choose the “I want to enable IMAP” option and follow the steps to enable IMAP on alumni account
  5. Select phone at the bottom of the page and instructions will appear on how to add the account to user’s phone or device
