Colleague-Request an Account

To request a Colleague account, faculty and staff need to login to Pioneer Portal, click 'My Tools' and then under 'Faculty/Staff Tools' click 'Request Colleague Account'. Enter  first and last name here, click 'submit' and the request will be forwarded to the group that verifies and creates the accounts. Access the form directly by clicking this link:

NOTE:  if an error occurs, please contact HR to confirm a "PERSON RECORD" exists.

Once the Colleague account is created, request access to  "mnemonics" that grant the ability to lookup specific data within Colleague. See this article for more information:
