Resolve 'You need permission' when trying to access Google Forms or Google Docs

1. Go to Google Drive.
2. Click the Profile Photo in the upper right corner of the window.
3. Choose Add Account.
4. Choose Add Account again, and enter TWU e-mail address and password (or switch back to username@twu.edu if it's already listed).
5. Navigate back to the link to open the file.
 
When signed in with Google Sync, follow different instructions to access your profile.
