Change Sedona Password

Tags faculty

After logging into Sedona (https://www.sedonaweb.com), you will be directed to the Member Console or Member Home Screen. You will notice a home button right side of the screen. Selecting the Home button from any screen will return you to the Member Console. Below the home button on the left, you will see your name and Home indicating that you are on the Member Console screen. This is a breadcrumb which will help you know where you are as you add and edit items on your CV.

If this is your first time logging in, you may wish to change your password. Changing your password isn’t required, but you may find it convenient to select a password that is easier to remember, so that you don’t have to remember your TWU ID number.

  1. Select the Password link from the quick links to change your password.
  2. You will need to retype (or paste) your TWU User ID with TWA, TWH, TWB, TWN, or TWP appended as your current password.
  3. Type in a new password. Hyphens are not allowed and there is a maximum of 12 characters. As always, the Office of Technology recommends a strong, unique password.
  4. Confirm the new password by typing it again.
  5. Click Apply to save the password change.

For faculty new to TWU, this article makes recommendations on how to input the CV content into Sedona.
By default, all Sedona data are only available internally to TWU. No one outside of TWU has access to Sedona data and only a limited number of people within TWU have access to Sedona data (such as a department chair and the dean of a college). To make information publicly available, follow these steps.
