Outlook: Resolving Synchronization Errors

  1. Close Outlook
  2. Click Start, Control Panel, Mail (change to small icons if the Mail icon does not display)
  3. Click E-mail Accounts
  4. Click the mail.twu.edu email account
  5. Click Change 
  6. Uncheck the Use Cached Exchange Mode
  7. Click on Next
  8. Click Finish
  9. Reopen Outlook and the Synchronization Errors should no longer appear.​
