Technology Service Ticketing System

Features

Through the Client Portal, TWU faculty, staff, and students can request technology support and manage their service tickets. Self-service options include creating a ticket, viewing tickets, commenting on tickets, adding attachments to tickets, setting alerts, and withdrawing tickets. The system is mobile-friendly and available on any device with an internet connection.
