Colleague-Using TSUM to View Test Scores

Access Colleague (webui.twu.edu)

In the mnemonic lookup window located at the top center of the page type in the mnemonic TSUM to access the Test Summary screen.

Type in one of the following to pull up a student's record:

  • Colleague ID (7 digit number)
    1. 0047011
  • The student last name, first name to do a name lookup
    1. Pioneer, Jill
  • ;AID TWUID (the 9 digit number that appears on a student's ID card)
    1. ;AID 900088031

Tests such as the ACT, SAT, GRE, TOEFL, TSI, etc. will appear in the Admissions Tests section at the top of the TSUM form.  Use the up and down arrows, or page up and page down to scroll through the test scores.

Placement tests such as CLEP and AP will appear in the Placement Tests section in the center section of the TSUM form.  Use the up and down arrows, or page up and page down to scroll through the test scores.

Other tests appear in the bottom section of the TSUM form.  Use the up and down arrows, or page up and page down to scroll through the test scores.

To view additional details of a test, click on the detail button to the right of the TEST name.

To evaluate student balances and determine the appropriate student term status:
• R = Registered – signifies that a student has met the minimum payment requirements
• P = Preregistered – signifies that a student has NOT met the minimum payment requirements or that the student has not been evaluated yet

This process will then execute a refresh of the data which can then be viewed via the SQL report named Semester Payment Status.
