IT Solutions-Dallas provides faculty and staff with low cost and high quality poster printing services on the Dallas campus. Students who wish to submit posters must do so through a faculty liaison and when submitting your service ticket, please include the instructor's name. Poster orders must be charged to a university account.
Submit Poster Request
Complete a service ticket online at servicecenter.twu.edu , contact the Technology Service Desk at 940-898-3971 or email servicedesk@twu.edu. Include the following information:
- Poster size
- Quantity needed
- Department billing account number
- Date poster is needed by
- Attach poster to the service ticket
*The requestor is responsible for getting approval from the department chair on the charges prior to submitting the request.
Processing Time
Request for poster printing services is first-come, first-served. It requires 10 business days advance notice, and may be subject to the availability of staff and resources.
If a batch printing of 8 or more posters is needed for the project, please contact ITS Dallas staff to discuss the specific processing time to ensure the on-time delivery of finished posters.

Please note that IT Solutions staff does not proof read the poster content. It is your responsibility to proof read and perform spelling checks.
