Dallas

Poster printing services are available to faculty and staff on the Dallas campus. Students must submit through their faculty supervision assignment. Poster orders must be charged to a university account.

Houston

Large poster printing with a maximum 42” height size is available for all faculty and students who are presenting posters either in-house and/or at a conference. Students must submit through their faculty supervision assignment. Poster charges are billed to respective department through IDT.

Getting started

Denton - Submit Print & Design Request Form (TWU email and password required) to send in a request for a design project or print job. As always, be sure to plan on a 5 business day turnaround for all print requests.

Dallas - Submit a request online To guarantee printing in normal operational conditions, requests must be made no fewer than 10 business days in advance. Please make sure to include poster size, quantity needed, date poster is needed by, and department billing account number in request. The poster file can also be attached in the request. The production of poster can not be processed until all required information is received.

Houston - Submit a request online.
