Classroom Projector Image is Split, Jittering, or Rolling

This issue presents itself in a number of ways:
A jagged line through the image
Image is shaking or rolling
Static through part or all of the image
Image appears shifted, with part of it not displayed or displayed on the wrong side of the screen
In most cases, selecting another source using the touch panel and switching back to the desired source will resolve the issue. If this does not resolve the issue, reboot the switcher.
