Remove user from an X-Drive folder

  1. Log on to Pioneer Portal
  2. Click My Tools
  3. Click X Drive Storage Group Management  (under Faculty/Staff Tools)
  4. In the Select action... dropdown, select MODIFY group
  5. Type in the exact folder name and the user's username (without @twu.edu) under Usernames to remove from this group (separated by commas): and click Submit . Changes take effect immediately.

Request for a new folder (group) is made through a Portal tool. Upon approval, the folder is created and populated with any members specified during the request.
