Remove user from an X-Drive folder

  1. Log on to Pioneer Portal
  2. Click My Tools
  3. Click X Drive Storage Group Management  (under Faculty/Staff Tools)
  4. In the Select action... dropdown, select MODIFY group
  5. Type in the exact folder name and the user's username (without under Usernames to remove from this group (separated by commas): and click Submit . Changes take effect immediately.
