Add user to an X-drive folder

  1. Log on to Pioneer Portal
  2. Click My Tools from the menu on the left
  3. Click X Drive Storage Group Management (under Faculty/Staff Tools)
  4. In the Select action… dropdown, select MODIFY group
  5. Type in the exact folder name and the user’s username (without @twu.edu) under Usernames to add to this group (separated by commas): and click Submit.  Changes take effect immediately.
