Add user to an X-drive folder

  1. Log on to Pioneer Portal
  2. Click My Tools from the menu on the left
  3. Click X Drive Storage Group Management (under Faculty/Staff Tools)
  4. In the Select action… dropdown, select MODIFY group
  5. Type in the exact group name and the user’s username (without under Usernames to add to this group (separated by commas): and click Submit.  Changes take effect immediately.
