Users can manage their account settings at Service.RingCentral.com. The Messages and Notifications sections allow users to customize their voicemail recording, and set up notifications settings such as the type of notifications users receive, how they receive them, and additional other settings.
Messages
Use the system-default voicemail greeting or record a custom greeting using your computer microphone, over the phone, or import an audio file. Supported audio formats are .mp3 and .wav only.

Notifications
Notify users with email alerts or text messages when they receive a voicemail message, fax, missed call or the status of their fax transmission results.
