The IT Solutions Outreach & Engagement (O&E) team partners with individuals, teams, and departments to help the TWU community confidently and effectively use university-supported IT tools and resources.

We provide ad-hoc consultations, IT-focused training sessions, and department presentations centered on university technology services, digital tools, productivity strategies, and best practices. Our goal is to help teams work more efficiently, adopt technology effectively, and make the most of available IT resources.

On-Demand Training in Bridge

Many of the topics below are available as on-demand courses in Bridge, allowing faculty and staff to learn at their own pace or review content together during team or department meetings for professional development.

  • Supervisors may assign Bridge courses directly to employees
  • Individuals may self-enroll and revisit content as needed
  • Courses are suitable for onboarding, refreshers, or skill building
