VPN: reason 442 error when trying to connect

1. Go to Start > Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center > Change adapter settings.
2. There should be a local area connectionwith a description saying "Cisco Systems VPN Adapter..."
3. Right-click on that local area connection and click Enable.
4. Verify VPN is able to connect.
