If the volume level on the computer and the A/V control system is turned up, but the computer audio does not play through the system speakers, the default audio device may need to be changed in Windows:
- Click Start.
- Type in mmsys.cpl
- Press Enter.
- Click the Playback tab.
- Right-click in the box and check Show Disabled Devices.
- Right-click on each listed device and select Test to play a test sound through that device (if the device is disabled, select Enable, then Test).
- If the test sound played through the system speakers when testing one device, right-click on that device and select Set as Default Device.
- If none of the listed audio devices played the test sound through the system speakers, restart the computer and check if any new audio devices have been added to the list.
