Recover Deleted Items in Public Folder

  1. Navigate to the folder in the Outlook client
  2. Click the Folder tab at the top (between Send/Receive and View)
  3. Click Recover Deleted Items (next to Show All A-Z)
  4. Review and select the items (hint: hold down Ctrl to select multiple items) or choose Select All (far lower left)
  5. Click OK

NOTE: Items "permanently deleted" (i.e. deleted using Shift-Delete) aren't backed up and aren't recoverable.
