Print, Email, or Website Information to PDF

Print to PDF in Outlook Desktop App

  1. Click File
  2. Click Print
  3. In the Printer dialog box, choose one of the following: 
    • If you have a full Adobe license: Select Adobe PDF
    • If you do NOT have a full Adobe license: Select Microsoft Print to PDF
  4. Click Print
  5. In the Save As dialog box, choose a location, enter a file name
  6. Click OK

Print to PDF in Outlook Web Access (OWA)

  1. Open a message 
  2. Click More options (---)
  3. Click Print (a new window will open with a print-ready version)
  4. Click Print
  5. In the Printer dialog box, in the Printer dropdown:
    • If you have a full Adobe license: Select Adobe PDF
    • If you do NOT have a full Adobe license: Select Microsoft Print to PDF
  6. Click Print
  7. Choose a location, name the file, click OK

Print Webpage to PDF

  1. Open the website in using a browser 
  2. Right click and choose Print or press Ctrl+P
  3. In the Printer drop down:
    • If you have a full Adobe license: Select Adobe PDF
    • If you do NOT have a full Adobe license: Select Microsoft Print to PDF
  4. Click Print
  5. Choose a location, name the file, click OK

Tip: If Google Drive For Desktop is installed, files can be saved directly to Google Drive (My Drive or Shared drives).
