Summary

To reduce email storage or save website information and articles, emails and webpages can be "printed" to pdf to store on Google Drive.

Print to PDF in Outlook Desktop App

  1. Click File
  2. Click Print
  3. In the Printer dialog box, in the Printer dropdown click PDF
  4. Click Print
  5. The Save As dialog box opens. Select a location to save the document.
  6. Enter a file name.
  7. Click OK.

Print to PDF in Outlook Web Access (OWA)

  1. Open a message 
  2. Click More options (---)
  3. Click Print. The message opens in a new window and is formatted for printing. 
  4. Click Print.
  5. In the Printer dialog box, in the Printer dropdown click PDF.
  6. Click Print.
  7. The Save As dialog box opens. Select a location to save the document.
  8. Enter a file name.
  9. Click OK.

Print Website Information to PDF

  1. Navigate to a website 
  2. Right click and click Print 
  3. In the Printer dialog box, in the Printer dropdown click PDF
  4. The Save As dialog box opens. Select a location to save the document.
  5. Enter a file name.
  6. Click OK.

Tip: If Google Drive For Desktop is installed, files can be saved directly to Google Drive (My Drive or Shared drives).
