Print to PDF in Outlook Desktop App
- Click File
- Click Print
- In the Printer dialog box, in the Printer dropdown click PDF
- Click Print
- The Save As dialog box opens. Select a location to save the document.
- Enter a file name.
- Click OK.
Print to PDF in Outlook Web Access (OWA)
- Open a message
- Click More options (---)
- Click Print. The message opens in a new window and is formatted for printing.
- Click Print.
- In the Printer dialog box, in the Printer dropdown click PDF.
- Click Print.
- The Save As dialog box opens. Select a location to save the document.
- Enter a file name.
- Click OK.
Print Website Information to PDF
- Navigate to a website
- Right click and click Print
- In the Printer dialog box, in the Printer dropdown click PDF
- The Save As dialog box opens. Select a location to save the document.
- Enter a file name.
- Click OK.
Tip: If Google Drive For Desktop is installed, files can be saved directly to Google Drive (My Drive or Shared drives).
