Technology Questions (FAQ)

Technology Questions are a part of the TeamDynamix suite of applications. This suite includes the Technology Service Catalog, the Technology Knowledge Base, and Technology Questions (FAQ).

Typically, questions will provide one-step answers or answers that speak to best practices, insights, or perspectives on how users can get the most value out of technology services. Technology questions primarily serve an informational purpose, though they may also be instructional.

Ex. How do I report a security incident? Why do I have to use more than one browser?

Please contact the Technology Service Desk when an immediate answer is needed. Questions are monitored infrequently.
