A software assessment will be provided if (1) adequate resources are available, (2) redundancy of software is avoided, and (3) timelines are set that are best for TWU and not vendor-driven. The implementation process may include ADA compliance and a bid for quotes.

The Third Party Software Assessment process may include:
- Assistance in defining the business requirements (needs and processes)
- Assistance in identifying software features critical to support the business requirements
- Assistance with request for proposal (RFP) process
- Assistance with selection process
- Assistance with purchase process
The Third Party Software Implementation process may include:
- Risk Assessment
- Single Sign On Authentication
- Data Import/Export
- Assistance with system configuration
- Backups are scheduled (when hosted in-house)
