myTWU: New Student Engagement Hub

We’re thrilled to announce the launch of myTWU, Texas Woman’s University’s new student engagement app, officially replacing Pioneer Engage this summer. Powered by the CampusGroups platform by Ready Education, myTWU is designed to transform how students connect with campus life - making it easier, more personalized, and more impactful.

What is myTWU?

myTWU is a mobile-first, web-accessible platform that serves as the digital home for student involvement. Whether you're looking to join a student organization, RSVP to events, or stay updated on campus news, myTWU brings it all together in one place.

Key Features in Phase I (Now Live):

  • A streamlined and mobile-first experience combined with a web-based platform to manage everything
  • Easy event discovery, RSVPs, and check-ins
  • Centralized student organization management
  • Personalized campus news and announcements
  • A single place to find TWU resources and involvement opportunities

What’s Coming in Phase II (Spring 2026):

We’re just getting started. Phase II will introduce:

  • Canvas calendar integration for full schedule mapping
  • Unified view of classes, events, and campus activities

Registering Student Organizations

Student Organization Registration is an annual requirement.

All Student Organizations with the desire to be active in the 2025-2026 academic year must complete a Student Organization Registration for review. The registration application will be reviewed by Center for Student Involvement staff. Whoever submitted the application will receive notification of approved or denied status.

If the registration application is denied, information on what needs to be addressed will be provided. A new submission does NOT need to be started!

Once the organization has been approved, then they may access reservations, post events on myTWU, request funding, etc.
Any changes to the roster at any time during the academic year can be done through Group Management on myTWU

Student organizations should now register and manage their activities through myTWU:

  1. Navigate to Groups
  2. Click the blue button +All Groups
  3. Select the appropriate option to register your group
  4. Provide all the required information such as officers, constitution/Bylaws, etc.
  5. Submit the registration

Note: You can still retrieve documents from Pioneer Engage (e.g., bylaws), but all new activities should be managed via myTWU.
