Any person who has an information security concern that pertains to TWU should report that information to their immediate supervisor and the Technology Service Desk or Information Security team. Known or suspected security incidents must be reported immediately.
The Information Security team will receive the request and evaluate the question or concern. In some cases, sending information via email may exacerbate a security breach. In these cases, reporting should be done via a phone call to the Technology Service Desk.
Getting started and support
Fill out the Security Incident Response form to submit a request to Information Security or contact the Technology Service Desk at 940-898-3971, servicedesk@twu.edu, or techchat.twu.edu.
Who can use it
Anyone may report illegal, disruptive, or suspicious activity impacting TWU information resources at any time.
