Background

Logging into Oracle requires Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).  Currently we use our TWU Google Accounts to SSO/MFA.  

Step By Step Instructions

1. Open a browser, navigate to https://oraclecloud.twu.edu

2. Click on the "Company Single Sign-On" button.  DO NOT USE the "User ID" / "Password" / Sign In" part of the web page. 

3. Your browser will redirect to the Google Log In page. Enter your TWU Email (username@twu.edu) and click the "Next Button". 

4. Click on "Google Workspace account". 

5. Enter the password for your TWU account and click "Next".

6. You will by prompted to do 2-Step Verification.  Depending on how you setup your TWU Google Account, this screen may look different than the section shown in RED in the screenshot.

7. Upon completing the Google Sign-On and 2-Step Verification successfully, you will be redirected back to the TWU Oracle Cloud website.
