How to Resolve Adobe Acrobat Serial Number or Login Prompt on TWU Computers (Windows Only)
If Adobe Acrobat is prompting for a serial number or login on a TWU Windows computer, you can easily fix this issue by running the Acrobat Serialize - Re-Serialize tool from the Software Center. Follow the steps below:
Steps to Re-Serialize Adobe Acrobat:
- If working remote, please make sure to connect to the TWU VPN before moving to the next step.
- Click the Start button in the lower-left corner of your screen.
- Type Software Center.
- Select Software Center when it appears in the Start menu.
- In Software Center, locate the program titled Acrobat Serialize - Re-Serialize 2023 and click on it.
- Click Reinstall (or Install, if prompted).
- Once the serialization process is complete, launch Adobe Acrobat.
This process should resolve the issue, allowing you to use Adobe Acrobat without further prompts.
