Nvivo Access

During the pandemic, IT Solution was able to provide licenses for off-campus devices. The license renews each June--off-campus availability at that time will be determined.

1. Log on to your existing account at https://account.mynvivo.com/ or create a new account at https://portal.mynvivo.com/
2. Go to the top menu and select the 'Download NVIVO' option.
3. Scroll down to the Download Older Versions of NVIVO section.
4. Click the link for NVIVO 12. Select the correct version for the operating system.
5. Once downloaded, they will need to activate the software with code (contact the Technology Service Desk for the code).
6. Fill in the registration info to complete the installation.
