The Technology Service Catalog is part of the TeamDynamix suite of applications. This suite includes the Technology Service Catalog, the Technology Knowledge Base, and Technology Questions (FAQ).

The Technology service catalog (TSC) demonstrates the value of IT Solutions to TWU by utilizing best practices as established through Educause. It is housed in TeamDynamix, and the integrated TWU Technology website will link directly to items within it. Further, documentation that was once housed in SharePoint and on the Technology websites has been uploaded into the TSC. The TSC unifies the TWU IT Solutions presence.

A technology service is a product, activity, or type of assistance that provides value to the University by facilitating (1) student learning, (2) faculty teaching, and/or (3) staff functioning. Technology service descriptions serve an informational purpose. Ex. Email, Software Discounts.
