Request VPN (Off-Site Network Connection) Access

Body

Starting August 30, 2024, any VPN account that has not been logged into within the last six (6) months will have its VPN access revoked. If your access is revoked due to inactivity, you will need to submit a new VPN Access Request form and obtain approval from your supervisor to restore access.

We recommend logging in to TWU VPN periodically to ensure uninterrupted access.

  1. Navigate to Workflow
  2. Click VPN Form.
  3. Read the User Agreement.
  4. Click I agree to the above.
  5. Click Submit.
  6. The immediate supervisor will be notified to review the request.
  7. Once supervisor approval is obtained, the request will be forwarded to the Technology Security Team.
  8. After the request is processed, an email notification is sent with the next steps.

For additional support, contact the Technology Service Desk at 940-898-3971servicedesk@twu.edu, techchat.twu.edu, or submit a request through the Technology Service Catalog
