- The scheduler will display whether or not the room is currently available. If the room is available, touch the scheduler screen to reserve the room.
- To reserve the room locate the time slider at the bottom of the screen, and swipe to the left to the reservation begin time.
- Tap once on the reservation begin time, and a window will pop up.
- Tap on the box displaying walk up meeting, and a keyboard will appear to enter a name, or group name for the reservation.
- Click the blue arrow on the keyboard.
- Click Starts to choose a time if not on the hour.
- Click Ends to choose a time if not on the hour.
- Click Reserve now to add the reservation to the scheduler..
Reservations may only be made for the current day.
