As a member of the Group Benefits Program which is administered by ERS (Employees Retirement System) Texas Woman’s University provides this notice to you in compliance with the Children’s Health Insurance Program Reauthorization Act (CHIPRA) which was signed into law on February 4, 2009. If you or your dependent is covered or becomes covered under Medicaid or CHIP, you may be eligible for special enrollment rights and should contact the appropriate state agency as detailed in the notice.
