Complete State Mandated Online Training Courses

  1. Navigate to and log in with your TWU username and password
  2. Click on My Tools.
  3. In the Faculty/Staff Tools, click on Online Training Courses.
  4. Click on the course name.
  5. Click on the course name to begin the course.
  • On this screen, one can see various dates associated with the course.
  • Click the Certificate button to view, download, or print a certificate of completion for the course. This includes the certification expiration date.
  • All modern browsers are supported (Firefox, Safari, Edge, & Chrome).  Safari on a Mac will work better than others.
  • Mac users will need to make sure that they have Adobe Flash player installed and updated.
  • Upon fully completing each course, a Certificate of Completion will be emailed to you.
