Cancel a Single Occurrence (Non-Repeating Event)
Option 1: From the Event Form
- Select Edit Event.
- Scroll down to the Event State field.
- Choose Cancelled Event from the list.
- Click Save to complete the cancellation.
Option 2: From Event Details
- In the Event Details view, change the Event State to Cancelled.
- Click Save to apply the change.
Cancel Individual Occurrences of a Repeating Event
- Select Edit Event.
- In the Event Form, choose Manage Occurrences.
- Locate the specific occurrence(s) you want to cancel.
- Change the Status of the occurrence to Cancelled.
- Click Save to finalize the update.
Reversing a Cancellation
If you need to restore an event that was previously cancelled:
- Go to the Event Details view.
- Change the Event State from Cancelled to the desired active state (with appropriate security permissions).
- Edit the event as needed to restore any discarded location or resource assignments.
