As we prepare for the new fiscal year, the information regarding changing and adding student and hourly staff assignments is available here.
Returning student assistants and hourly staff require a Change Assignment in Oracle Cloud each fiscal year. For employees who will not experience a break in service, the start date is September 1, 2024, and the end date is August 31, 2025. Any student or hourly staff without an active assignment in October 2024 will become Dormant and will not be paid.

The Student Classification and Compensation Plan for our Student Assistant and Student Work Study assignments is included here. All student assistant assignments must utilize this classification system.
