1. From the home screen, on the Me Tab, click on the Roles and Delegations tile.
2. Scroll to the bottom and click on the down arrow of the Approval Delegations section.
3. Click on the Add button.
4. To Delegate Time Approvals, which are for timecards submitted by employees, enter the following:
- Any name you would like for Rule Name (e.g. Delegate Time Approval)
- Enter the desired Start and End Date.
- Select Time and Labor for the Category.
- Select the User you would like to Delegate Approvals to (like First Last)
- Do Not check the Box “Allow this user to approve their own transactions”.
- Click Save
6. If you also want to delegate Absence Approvals, which are for Absence requests, repeat steps 3 and 4 but change the Category to GlobalAbsenceApproval.
